Angell does not suit me, are returns free?

Once you receive your bike, you have 14 days to test it. If it does not suit you, you can use your right of withdrawal during this period by sending an e-mail to [e-mail].

You are responsible for the return shipping costs.

If accessories have been purchased, they must be given to the carrier.

Once the bike has been returned, we will refund 100% of the cost of your bike.

Please remember to keep the original carton. It is also mandatory to pack your order properly.
The carrier has the right to refuse to take back a bike if it is not properly packed.

Please note: The bike must be returned in perfect condition. If damage is found, the amount of the repairs will be deducted from your refund.
